USAF COMBAT SEARCH AND RESCUE
Combat Search-and-Rescue (CSAR) has to rank as one of the most iconic roles in Aviation.
US Air Force Combat Rescue Forces deploy to conduct combat search and rescue (CSAR) with dedicated rotary- and fixed-wing aircraft, specially trained aircrews, and support personnel.
The primary mission of US Air Force CSAR is to recover downed aircrew members. Rescue forces may also conduct other missions unique to their capabilities, such as civil SAR, emergency aeromedical evacuation, disaster relief, international aid, counterdrug activities, and space shuttle support.
Our NEW USAF CSAR Wood Art plaque is handcrafted from 6 different fine hardwoods.
We made a rare exception and stained the Jolly Green Feet. The C-130 is layered on top of the Globe and Angel Wings.
This super-sharp U.S. Air Force Combat Search and Rescue Wood Art plaque measures 13.5” in diameter.
