ALL 3 ARMY JUMP WINGS BADGES

Plaque Description

All 3 Army Jump Wings Plaques
The
Army Parachutist Badge is awarded to all military personnel of any service who complete the US Army Basic Airborne Course at Fort Benning, Georgia. It signifies that the soldier is a trained Army Parachutist, and is qualified to participate in airborne operations.
The original Army Parachutist Badge was designed in 1941 by Captain William P. Yarborough and approved by the Department of the Army in March of that year. The Parachutist Badge replaced the "Parachutist Patch" which had previously worn as a large patch on the side of a Paratrooper's garrison cap.
Our NEW Parachutist Badge Wooden Plaques are 100% handcrafted from 6 different fine hardwoods. We carefully sculpt the Canopy and Wings, Star & Wreath for a truly impressive Wood Art Plaque. These Handcrafted Jump Wings Plaques measure an impressive 18" wide.
Our NEW Jump Wings Badges are larger, thicker, highly detailed Plaques with 5 different woods just in the wings themselves, and measure a full 18" wide.
Our Parachutist Badge Multi-Plaque Special Bundle includes all 3 Army Parachutist Badge Emblems:
- Master Parachutist Badge
- Senior Parachutist Badge
- Basic Parachutist Badge
