Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Plaque

The Federal Aviation Administration is responsible for the safety of Civil Aviation. The Federal Aviation Act of 1958 created the agency under the name Federal Aviation Agency. The FAA adopted the present name in 1967 when they became a part of the Department of Transportation.

The FAA's continuing Mission is to provide the safest, most efficient Aerospace system in the world.

Our Artists accurately reproduced the FAA Emblem using only All-Natural hardwoods. The Meridians and Parallels are Inlaid into the Globe. The Wing is made Intarsia-style and every Letter is individually cut.

This Federal Aviation Administration Wooden Plaque measures approx 11.5" across.
