• We need a hi-res pic of what you want made
• We will not accept pictures of challenge coins, sketches on napkins or conceptual ideas
• We only primarily All-Natural woods. Colored stain or paint is rarely used for visual impact on a small component of the plaque
• Certain colors can't be replicated with Natural Woods (like the entire blue family) so we select woods of similar contrast
• Delivery time is approx 90-days after payment is received
• Corporate/Company Logos require written authorization
• Trademarked material will not be accepted without proper written authorization and verification from the Trademark owner (for example, we will not make the Star Trek Emblem)
• Custom Orders are non-refundable. We will not deliver your Order unless it meets our high quality standards
• We will not accept your Order until we have received, reviewed and accepted your design
• Price listed includes Domestic Shipping (including APO/FPO) to up to 2 different addresses.
• Standard size Plaques are approx 14" in diameter or length; larger sizes require special pricing quote
