We chose the EMS Maltese Cross which is normally associated with Ambulance Technicians, Service and Squads. This sharp EMS Wooden Plaque is 100% handcrafted from All-Natural fine hardwoods. The background and bands are Inlaid and the Cross is carved out of beautiful Cocobolo wood.
